Last year saw plenty of Apple and Samsung products on sale so expect similar scores this year, too. If you didn’t pick up a television, smart home, or appliance on Black Friday, Cyber Monday 2021 will still be a great time to pick one up. It’s also the time to grab that Instant Pot, Roomba, KitchenAid mixer, Nespresso machine, or other home device you’ve had your eye on.

Historically, Amazon has been one of the biggest players for the best Cyber Monday deals, offering blenders, mattresses, cookware, tablets, and much, much more on sale last year with the same expected this year. Amazon has also traditionally heavily discounted Fire, Kindle, Echo, and Alexa-related products, so keep an eye out for those if they’ve been on your list. In general, you you don't have to be a Prime member to take advantage of Amazon's deals, but the free shipping makes a Prime membership worthwhile if you're planning on doing a lot of online shopping throughout the season.

Plenty of brick and mortar retailers like Best Buy, Walmart, and Target are getting in on the action, too, with a range of discounts on toys, tech, beauty, clothing, and more. Since these big retailers see each other as competition, they often try to match each others’ deals. So if you see something you like at one site but would prefer to get two-day Prime shipping, it might be worth it to check if Amazon offers the same item for the same price.

Cyber Monday is also a great day to shop at the small cult sites you love but which rarely offer sales. For 2019, that included Glossier, ColourPop, and cult-favorite luxury CBD brand Lord Jones.
