Sam Rullo

Bio

Sam is the Senior Manager of Editorial Operations for BDG's Lifestyle brands. Basically, she does a little bit of everything (training, project management, lots of Google Docs, etc.) for Bustle, Elite Daily, Nylon, Romper, and TZR. She also leads the transitions of any newly acquired brands into BDG, and plans a lot of parties. Sam has been with BDG since she graduated from NYU with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Cinema Studies (and was an intern before that). She spent three years as the TV Editor of Bustle before moving into Editorial Operations. She's still a TV editor at heart and loves nothing more than talking about TV shows, especially if they involve murder or Milo Ventimiglia. When she's not doing any of the above, she's usually watching good-bad movies, defending Kim Kardashian's business acumen to anyone who will listen, or forcing herself to use her ClassPass membership.
