In a new promo video for an upcoming episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," Kourtney Kardashian showed the world, once and for all, that she is thriving without her baby daddy, Scott Disick.

While regular people would do this by posting an empowering Facebook status or going out for a girl's night, Kourtney obviously does this by confidently having a blast during a naked poolside photoshoot.

Amidst rumors that Scott's dating a 21-year-old model, Kourtney's made it clear that she's definitely doing anything but sitting around, wallowing over her ex with a tub of ice cream.

In fact, it's been rumored she's been doing some moving on herself by also dating a young model of her own.

Hit the gym.

After Khloé finalized her split from Lamar, she went BIG on hitting the gym to maintain her sanity.

She told Entertainment Tonight, "Well, for me, my revenge body, I started working out during my divorce [from Lamar Odom] but it was more for sanity reasons."

As a result, she wound up with her self-proclaimed "revenge body," and she even took things to the next level by turning this phenomenon into a show, aptly named "Revenge Body."

She used her own inspiring breakup experience to help other people going through breakups.

Be open to falling in love again.

Just shortly after her split from Kris Humphries, People reports that Kim told British Cosmopolitan,

She didn't let her ill-fated first marriage ruin her chances at finding love a second time. It's that openness that helped her become the proud mama in this happy fam:

Date somebody who's basically just a better version of your ex.

Shortly after finalizing her divorce from Lamar in December 2016, Khloé made it clear to the world that she was wasting no time in moving on by posting some steamy pics of herself with Cleveland Cavaliers player Tristan Thompson on New Year's Day:

Now, if you're unclear on who Tristan Thompson is, he's a basketball player. Yes, exactly like her ex Lamar was. The only difference is, Tristan is on the reigning national championship team, the Cavaliers, and Lamar doesn't even play anymore.

Yep, she went and found herself a better version of her ex to pass the time with.

Don't be shy about letting him know you've moved on.

If we can learn anything from those pics of Kourtney, it's that the Kardashians aren't shy about letting their exes know when they've moved on.

Before Kourtney's little sis Kylie Jenner broke up with Tyga most recently, she also broke up with him in the spring of 2016.

At that time, Kylie wasted no time in moving on, taking a play out of Khloé's book. She found a better version of her has-been rapper ex, Tyga, in Grammy-nominated up and comer, PartyNextDoor.

But then, to really lay it on Tyga and make sure he knew she was moving on, Kylie even played a huge role as her new boo's love interest in his music video.

Yeah, that's a pretty public statement that Kylie was doing just fine after that breakup.

Obviously, with or without an ex, the Kardashians are pros at this.

When you're thriving as much as the Kardashians are post-breakup, it's obvious that your ex is eventually going to want you back.

That moment has come many times for Kourtney when it comes to her ex Scott, and time and time again she defaults to one trusty answer: No.

When he proposed to her this past holiday season on vacation with their children, a source close with the Kardashians told Us Weekly,

SUCKS TO SUCK, SCOTT.

Literally DGAF when he's going through a life crisis.

Since it's clear Kourtney's not getting back together with Scott, she'd also like to make it clear that she is no longer dealing with any of his (many) messes.

In a recent episode of "KUWTK," Kim let Scott tag along with her and her friends for a trip to Dubai. Scott was all upset about the whole "Kourtney not being into him anymore" thing, so he started drinking... a lot (classic Scott).

After Kylie Jenner's most recent breakup with Tyga, she took to Snapchat to show that there's no hard feelings between the two.

Instead of being petty, Kylie posted videos of herself singing along to her ex's new song:

Considering Kylie is, like, way more famous than he is at this point, this was some nice promo for his music and a nice way for her to show the world the two are still cool with each other — and that she's just doing her.
