Doesn't this make you want to get off your ass and do as many crunches as you can?
Even if you did 100 crunches right now, it's going to take a lot more work to get your abs looking like that.
According to gymnast Aly Raisman, abs like hers don't just appear on your body overnight. She tells US,
I do at least an hour of conditioning a day… It's not overnight. We've trained for years and years and years and years. It's not something you just like eat healthy for a week and it happens. It's all in moderation. Like, we had pizza for lunch today.
Simone Biles, who also commented that she doesn't do a whole hour every day, jumps in and says,
You can lose it in like a month.
The whole team agreed. Aly tells it like it is and says,
It's very hard to achieve and very easy to lose.
