Selena Gomez Just Launched Ice Cream Bars Inspired By Her Last Album
These tasty treats have “got some blue going on.”
Believe it or not, it’s been a full year since Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco released their first-ever collab album, I Said I Love You First. To celebrate, the “Call Me When You Break Up” singer partnered with gourmet dessert brand Serendipity (again) on limited-time ice cream bars that you can have delivered straight to your door.
The “I Said I Love Blue First” ice cream bars are available online, exclusively at Gopuff, for $7 a box. Each order comes with four bars in an all-new Serendipity flavor that Gomez says she “can’t wait for everyone to taste,” according to the press release. “I wanted to create something special to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the album and these bars felt like the perfect way.”
What’s In Selena Gomez’s Serendipity Ice Cream Bars?
The exclusive flavor features a blue vanilla bean ice cream that is swirled with fudge and cookie bits. To continue on with the color theme, the entire bar is coated in a blue chocolate candy shell that vibes well with the “Bluest Flame” track. (Basically, it’s “got some blue going on” just like at the Teen Vogue party.)

Selena’s Blue Ice Cream Bars Are Giving Cookie Monster
If I was judging solely on looks alone, these ice cream bars would receive high marks. While blue food isn’t my first choice, it works as a dessert and I’m loving the Devil Wears Prada-worthy cerulean shade. It’s picture-perfect, while also being delicious.
Of course, the flavor isn’t super exciting. This is basically a blue cookies and cream ice cream bar with a white chocolate coating — but it works. Just like how Gomez and Blanco are so comfortable around each other, this flavor is equally cozy.
Everything about this brought me back to my childhood. For instance, I’m not the biggest white chocolate fan, but the shell was tasty and reminded me of the candy I used to get in my Easter basket. The ice cream inside was exactly like the Cookie Monster flavor at my hometown ice cream parlor.
TL;DR
The vibes were nostalgic and I was *loving* it. If you’re a fan of cookies and cream or just want to celebrate I Said I Love You First’s first anniversary, I highly recommend ordering yourself a box before they’re gone.
