2015 is the year love died.
It seemed like every day this past year another rock-solid Hollywood relationship took a turn for the irreconcilable worse, ending the couple's unwavering romantic support for each other while simultaneously making us reconsider what our definition of love was.
HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE WE CAN FIND AND KEEP A SIGNIFICANT OTHER IN THIS WORLD IF GLENN CLOSE AND DAVID SHAW CAN'T WORK IT OUT?!?!
Let us take a second to remember those relationships that met their ends in 2015. The ones that made us go, “WAIT, WHAT!??!!” loudly at our work desks. The ones where we felt physical pain that could only be expressed through tweets riddled with sad emoji. The ones we wrongly thought would last a lifetime.
Also, Tiger Woods' thing with Lindsey Vonn.
Feel free to play Barbra Streisand's “The Way We Were” while you journey through this graveyard of commitment.
Memories, like the corners of my mind...
