Honestly, I'm terrified I'm going to miss some giant Taylor Swift announcement because I'm not following her on all social media platforms. The singer has made tons of gigantic drops via her social media accounts in the past few months, and I literally always want to be the first to know. If you're now panicking and checking your news feeds, I've got you covered. I personally was wondering, does Taylor Swift have Snapchat? Sadly, no, but there are a plethora of other ways to keep up with the singer.

I'm not sure why Swift doesn't have a Snapchat — I feel very certain she would love it. I mean, it has various cat filters... what's not to like?! Swift could Snapchat her cats, herself as a cat, herself and her cats with cat filters — the possibilities are truly endless.

Swift does have a Facebook fan page, Twitter (@taylorswift13), Tumblr, and Instagram page (@taylorswift) where fans can keep up with the latest in Swifty's life.

If you are a die-hard Snapchat exclusive user (is that a thing?), just search "Taylor Swift" on the app. There's almost always a story about Swift happening that includes people who are talking about her, fans, and news.

Even more exciting, Swift just launched a new app "The Swift Life" where fans can learn even more about the star. If you love Swifty — this will be a must-have.

According to a press release about the new Swift-centric app, Glu Mobile Inc., “a leading global developer and publisher of free-to-play mobile games ... announced the first details about the upcoming launch of The Swift Life, a new digital entertainment project in partnership with multiple Grammy Award-winning artist, Taylor Swift, to be released as a beta in limited territories soon.”

The press release further reports, “The Swift Life provides a creative, inclusive and community-driven place for users to better connect with each other... and Taylor!”

I WANT TO BE IN THE TAYLOR SWIFT COMMUNITY.

Glu’s President & CEO, Nick Earl, explains:

We’ve worked closely with Taylor and her team to bring her creative vision to life. The result is a deeply social environment where Taylor and her fans are able to better connect with one another while expressing themselves in an interactive community. We look forward to its worldwide launch later this year.

Tons of factoids pop up during the first look video. Here's all you need to know:

  • Connect with Taylor: Get new and exclusive pics and video!
  • Share With Friends, Fans, & Taylor: Taylor can see, like, and comment on posts!
  • Get Exclusive Taylor Stuff: Collect Taymojis™, stickers, pics, and more!(Yes, you read that right. Taymojis will soon be a reality.)
  • Play Music & Chat With Friends: Songs added every week!

She sums it up by saying, "I think you guys are really going to like this. I mean, I hope. It would be preferable if you did." So... Ready for it?

Swift has been a wild cannon lately with multiple spur-of-the-moment releases. It all began on Aug. 23 when Swift basically broke the internet and announced that her new album, Reputation, will be released on Nov. 10. Keep in mind, she had been laying low (almost out of sight) for a year. If the news of her first album release in three years wasn't enough, she announced that the music video for her first single from the album, "Look What You Made Me Do," would drop during the VMAs a few days later. DO YOU REMEMBER THE MADNESS? Of course you do.

This is why you have to follow Swift like white on rice because who knows what the heck could be coming our way next. With less than a month until the release of Reputation, I'm sure Swift still has some tricks up her sleeve.
