No One Can Get Over The Dalai Lama's Savage Impression Of Donald Trump

The Dalai Lama recently made an appearance on "Good Morning Britain."

Among other things, the Tibetan Buddhist spiritual leader was asked about Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.

The Dalai Lama said that he has never met Trump before, but he did have an impression of him: literally.

The Dalai Lama did this impression of Trump:

He started by putting his hand over his forehead, mimicking Trump's puffy hair.

That looks about right.

Then, the Dalai Lama made an impression of Trump's mouth always being open because of his continuous blabbing.

Not bad, huh?

Finally, the Dalai Lama indicated Trump moving his hands as he talks on and on and on.

Let's see how that compares to the real thing:

Yup, the Dalai Lama got it exactly right. Trump does seem to be constantly using his hands to make his points as he blabbers on with his ridiculous hair.

Let's be real: We've all been practicing our own Trump impressions. So, while it's amusing to see the Dalai Lama whipping his out, it's not like all our friends haven't been doing the exact same thing after drinking literally just one beer.

But it was definitely still fun to see the Dalai Lama fool around like that over such a hate-mongering figure.

People on Twitter seemed to really enjoy it.

But some other people took it as a sad indication of just how weird and awful the 2016 presidential election has become.

A few people wondered if Trump would go ahead and attack the Dalai Lama, as he has done to pretty much everybody who has said something even remotely critical about him.

Has anyone started a stopwatch to see how long it takes for Trump to go after the Dalai Lama after this? https://t.co/VurgCo8E5h — (@leahmcelrath) September 22, 2016

That wouldn't exactly be unprecedented. He DID go after the Catholic pope back in February, after all.

But finally, not everyone was amused by the impression:

I guess you can't win 'em all.
