It has been a garbage dump of a year, especially for Khloé Kardashian.

Let's just do a quick recap of stuff that happened to the 32-year-old pop culture staple in 2016.

After dealing with Lamar Odom's stroke at the end of 2015 -- you know, the one he sustained in a Nevada brothel -- Khloé officially signed divorce papers after withdrawing her original attempt at separating from Lamar.

During this process she was on tour promoting a book and working on her own E! show "Kocktails with Khloé."

Blac Chyna and Rob got engaged, her sister was robbed at gunpoint, her show went off the air, she got another show on the air, her brother-in-law was admitted to a the hospital for a mental breakdown, her sister is going out with her almost sister-in-law's ex-fiancé, she had to deal with press from the OJ series and, to top it all off, she had to do everything with a camera crew following her every movement.

With 2017 fast approaching, Khloé did some retrospectin' on her app, opening up about her past year.

In the post, she told readers,

It took me a long time to get here. I feel like I've grown so much this year, with what I can handle and how I react to situations.

She also made some points about how the new year is a time to make resolutions to improve your health. People use the holiday to vow to slim down over the next 12 months or to get in shape.

Khloé thinks the new year is a time to focus on more important goals.

She wrote,

I like to make goals in life, but I make sure that the goals aren't too crazy because if you ever fall off the horse, you will beat yourself up. It's good to set small goals, and I never set a crazy time limit for myself.

So there you have it! Make small goals, be good to yourself and never pressure yourself with time constraints if you want to be the best Khloé you can be.
