While the holidays are usually a very joyous and happy time of year, they can also be stressful as all hell. TBH, if everyone took a few minutes out of their day to meditate, especially during the holiday season, the world would be a much better place. That's why Kim Kardashian's meditation playlist on Spotify couldn't have come out at a more convenient time.

On Nov. 20, the 37-year-old reality TV personality tweeted that she recently teamed up with Spotify to launch a brand new "Crystal Meditation" playlist full of good vibes, inspired by her three brand new fragrances for the KKW Beauty brand.

In case you're not quite up to speed with all of the new floral fragrances, which graced us mere mortals on Nov. 15, the perfume line is based on the scent of Kardashian's favorite flowers (gardenias), and the bottles are beautifully shaped like various, iridescent crystals. This is because Kardashian is all about using crystals for healing lately, and she wants to share her passion for these precious gemstones with all of her fans.

Each crystal-shaped bottle in her perfume line — which includes three intoxicating scents: Crystal Gardenia, Crystal Gardenia Citrus and Crystal Gardenia Oud — represents a different healing property, from stabilizing, to romance, to success. Pairing these heavenly scents with the soothing songs on her meditation playlist is meant to transport you to a totally blissed out and meditative state of mind, even in the midst of holiday-induced stress.

The fact that a Kardashian is using her platform to bring awareness to meditation is nothing short of awesome.

Meditation is an incredibly powerful ancient practice that encourages mastery of the mind and non-attachment, and comes with a myriad of incredible benefits. Including a daily meditation practice in your routine is proven to reduce overall stress, anxiety, and tension, and in the long run, it can help you effectively deal with difficult or uncomfortable situations (family politics discussion at Thanksgiving, anyone?).

Ever since Kim K was robbed at gunpoint in her Paris hotel back in October 2016, she's been fairly open about the intense anxiety she's dealt with in the months after the traumatic incident. In fact, according to Huffington Post, Kardashian tried a meditation exercise during an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians as a way to cope with some of the mental health issues she's suffered since the robbery.

But Kim isn't the only Kardashian who's taught us a thing or two about the benefits of meditation.

During that same episode of KUWTK, Kardashian's younger sister Kendall Jenner joined her in a little meditation session after the 22-year-old opened up about her struggles with sleep paralysis.

Jenner revealed that her anxiety was at an all-time high, and she was often too scared to fall asleep most nights. However, after bringing a few meditation teachers over to the house (ah, to be a Kardashian and have the meditation come to you), Jenner said she "loved" the experience.

As a yoga teacher, I personally make it a point to meditate every single day. I genuinely think it's a great practice for anyone to try, whether you deal with chronic bouts of anxiety or not. And while I tend to prefer silent meditations in my own practice, listening to Kim Kardashian's new playlist while I worked today brought me a sense of serenity and peace that I didn't realize I needed in the midst of my hectic schedule.

Bottom line: The next time you feel overwhelmed by holiday gift-shopping, family feuds, or Thanksgiving cooking, turn on Kardashian's playlist for some background ambience, and practice some deep breathing, even if you don't have time for a full-fledged meditation session. It might just be exactly want you need to ground yourself and chill out. Kardashian's orders, y'all.
