After much deliberation in the Senate, the "skinny repeal" — the GOP's effort to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act (ACA, aka Obamacare) — has officially been shut down. This comes after Republican Senators John McCain, Susan Collins, and Lisa Murkowski joined Democrats in opposing the measure that would've left millions of Americans uninsured. While everyone's talking about it, Ivanka Trump is ignoring the "skinny repeal" vote, it seems, as she tweeted about something completely irrelevant.

Here is the tweet that was so important to Trump that she ignored the health care chaos around her:

Trump, what does this have to do with anything? Why are you tweeting about American manufacturing at a time like this?

It seems like the most influential Trump child wants no part of the current skinny repeal discussion and the Twitterverse is calling Trump out.

"FailureFriday"

Users are also using Trump's tweet to pick a bone with her about the trans ban.

And others are calling her a "hypocrite" for tweeting about American manufacturing when her products are reportedly made overseas.

With Donald Trump's tweet about transgender military personnel being banned from serving, John McCain's brain cancer diagnosis, Jared Kushner testifying before congress, and the skinny repeal not going through, Trump continues to seem unfazed on social media.

It's worrisome that Trump — who is a federal employee hired to advise the president — is more concerned with tweeting about American manufacturing and posting videos of her children dancing "Despacito" on Instagram than she is about offering counsel to her father.

At the very least, Trump should acknowledge the current goings-on in the nation and actually show support to the marginalized groups she once voiced interest in, instead of pretending it has nothing to do with her.

The country is expecting more from you Trump, please do better.
