Ashley Roberts, a news anchor at the local CBS station in Minnesota, WCCO, was busy doing a segment on engagement rings, when her boyfriend walked into the frame and proposed.

To say she was excited is an egregious understatement. She was barely able to breathe for the entire ordeal.
