Chipotle Has A Secret Kids Menu That Is Cheaper And Healthier

I think it's safe to say that most of us aim to have a fat wallet and a skinny waistline.

However, every Chipotle addict knows that having a serious burrito habit can often have the opposite effect.

But don't worry. That doesn't necessarily mean you have to kick your $15, calorie-laden burrito bowls to the curb.

It turns out there's a super simple way to stuff your face with Chipotle, all while saving on cash and calories.

That's right. Apparently, Chipotle has a secret kids menu that is both cheaper and healthier than the adult-sized eats.

It even comes with a cute little bag of chips.

According to a Business Insider tip, the kids menu is available to customers of all ages and serves slightly smaller portions for a fraction of the cost.

If you're wondering how it works, it's quite simple.

You just order a kids' "build-your-own" meal, then pick either two tacos or a kids-sized quesadilla.

Each order comes with one portion of guac as well as two toppings, such as rice, cheese or veggies.

But it doesn't end there.

The kids meal also comes with a drink and a small side of chips or fruit, to boot!

To put the savings into perspective for you, a kid-sized taco meal will cost you about $5.75 and will be somewhere around 585 calories. The same adult-sized meal would cost you around $9.20 and come in at over 1,100 calories.

Seriously, you'll save so much money, you won't even care that additional guac is extra.
