Justin Bieber Says He Loves Selena, But Like Most First Loves, They Grew Apart

Justin Bieber is always in the spotlight. There's something so seductive about the 21-year-old's sex life, we must always be in-the-know.

According to his Instagram, Bieber's latest love interest is clearly 19-year-old model Hailey Baldwin. But his candidness in a new interview has many fans not so happy he's found love, and very much saddened at the confirmation that Jelena is over.

In a recent interview with People, Justin joked about Selena's racy new music video for "Hands To Myself," in which she stalks model and heartthrob Christopher Mason, roaming his home in lingerie.

He said,

What is she trying to do to my heart right now? I'm just kidding. She loves me. I love her, too, always. Who's this guy? He's a joke! This guy's a chump. Nah, I guess he's pretty handsome actually – I can't even lie.

You must admit: These are the smooth words of a guy who knows all the right things to say. If Selena is reading this, she's for sure swooning.

He went on to talk about the bond of Jelena, letting fans know first love really never dies. He adds,

I just want her to be happy. I love [Selena]. We're friends still. We needed time to grow for ourselves and we were like, 'Maybe we'll come back together in the future,' and then it ended up being so long and we just grew apart and we're not the same people anymore.

Justin and Selena first started dating five years ago when he was just 16 years old.
