How To Watch The 2017 Met Gala

By

If you rolled out of bed this morning while humming, “It's gonna be May,” you're already iN-SYNC with the exciting month that's upon us.

It's officially the very first Monday of May 2017, and we all know what that means: An elite, black-tie fundraising bash takes place this evening.

The Met Gala, hosted at New York City's Metropolitan Museum of Art on the upper east side, rings in the month of May each year by raising money for the museum's Costume Institute.

This opulent fashion affair of the season is marked on many celebrities' and fashion icons' calendars alike.

Here's how you can watch the Met Gala this year.

Vogue will be streaming the red carpet via Facebook Live, celebrated by Moët & Chandon.

The viewing will run from 7-8pm, and get this: You'll be able to relish the exquisite experience in 360 degrees.

It'll basically feel like we're on the red carpet with our favorite celebs while we swoon over their incredible ensembles.

In addition, you can expect E! News to deliver all of the awesome red carpet coverage directly to your TV screen via "Live From the Red Carpet: The 2017 Met Gala" at 7:30pm. Tune in at 7pm to watch Maria Menounos and Jason Kennedy before the red carpet unfolds.

Call up the gal pals and get the chocolate and wine ready, because this is a screening you absolutely do not want to miss.

It's clear why the star-studded gala has been dubbed “the Oscars of the East Coast.”

We all look forward to watching the red carpet as celebs slay in extravagant outfits that are coordinated perfectly with the event's theme every year.

Remember Claire Danes' magical Cinderella gown from last year? She was a stunning vision, *literally* glowing from head to toe.

And how about Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik defining #CoupleGoals, looking totally in love on the red carpet? Zayn showed so much dedication rocking robo arms, he legit embodied Gigi's “knight in shining armor,” according to fans.

This year, the Met Gala's theme is Rei Kawakubo/Comme des Garçons, and I can only imagine the spectacular ensembles that will grace the entrance tonight.

Don't forget to RSVP to Vogue's Facebook Live event, and tune in to watch the magic unravel.
