Ask Twitter and ye shall receive, Serena Williams.

The champion tennis player is belly deep (get it?) in pregnancy life, and while she can literally do whatever she puts her mind to, it looks like Serena Williams needs just a wee bit of help in the sleeping department.

Williams is expecting her first baby with fiancé, Alexis Ohanian, sometime near the end of summer, and appears to be desperate to catch some Zs in preparation for the big day.

On July 18, Williams tweeted,

Any tips on how to turn over at night? I'm having trouble from going from my left ....to my right.... to my left side.

Glad you asked, Serena. Here is was Twitter has to offer.

1. Repeat After Twitter: Use. A. Pillow.

2. Break Out The Dance Moves

3. Never Doubt The Powers Of Food

4. Call In Reinforcements If You Have To

5. Or Get Your Partner Involved

6. Remember Your Training, Serena

7. Use Your (Crazy Strong!) Arms

8. And Never, EVER, Give Up

It might also be helpful for Williams to channel whatever energy she brought to the court when she won the Australian Open with another human being growing inside of her.

The champion of 23 Grand Slam single titles might have trouble rolling over in bed, but she has no trouble being a physical force to be reckoned with in her profession.

In fact, I imagine moms-to-be everywhere are calling on her strength to get them through their own pregnancies. As one fan put it,

We are all pretty much in awe of you - so whatever you figure out - please let us know.

While the whole no-sleeping-thing kind of sounds like a nightmare, Williams has made it clear she can't wait to be a mom. On her fiancé's birthday, she wrote the following note to her baby on Instagram,

My Dearest Baby, You gave me the strength I didn't know I had. You taught me the true meaning of serenity and peace. I can't wait to meet you. I can't wait for you to join the players box next year. But most importantly, I am so happy to share being number one in the world with you…. once again today. On @alexisohanian bday.

Mmm hmm. Same.
