If you can count on anyone to keep it real while explaining the many struggles and feels that come along with parenting, it's Chrissy Teigen.

The 30-year-old supermodel sat down with US Weekly to talk about everything from her parenting fails to post-baby relationship advice.

Her life has certainly changed for the better after giving birth to her first child Luna Simone back in April. However, there are still a few areas she wishes to improve within her new, post-baby lifestyle.

Chrissy, who is married to singer John Legend, hilariously told the magazine,

I remember when I was breastfeeding I would drop certain things on her head while I was eating them. Nothing, like, hot or dangerous or anything, but it would always just give me the biggest chuckle to see a little guacamole be like, 'bloop!'

See? Everyone struggles at first! Chrissy is living proof. These days, I'm sure Luna's head is guacamole-free, but that certainly wasn't the case in the beginning!

Chrissy Teigen then went on to offer post-baby relationship advice. Let's face it, welcoming a new member of the family isn't always easy.

There are times when you're going to want to go out and do your thing, but you can't. There are also going to be times when your partner is going to leave you home with the baby, and you're just going to have to accept that.

Chrissy and John know about the realities of parenting and maintaining a relationship all too well. She added,

I think the worst thing that can happen when you have a child is, like, grow this slow hatred or resentment because [the man] is not able to do very much, and that turns into other things.

The key to living happily ever after despite having to tend to children for half of your life? Being understanding...

And keeping things interesting, of course!

You get mad when they want to go out. You are breastfeeding. You are pumping. You are like... 'I'm stuck home with the [baby.]' You can't be like that. There are just things that they can't do. They want to help but they just can't.

While things may seem like all work and no play, parenting can't be that bad. I mean, if it were, would John and Chrissy be even entertaining the idea of having more kids? Probably not!

In addition to the post-baby relationship advice and flashbacks of dropping delicious foods on Luna's head, Chrissy has also been generous enough to let the world know how celebrities REALLY achieve their desired post-baby fitness goals in just under a year after giving birth.

Something tells me Blac Chyna's been taking her advice...
