This Impactful Video About Women Empowerment Will Donate 10 Cents Per View To A Great Cause

by Katie Gonzalez

What does an "empowered" woman look like?

This video, while highlighting the significance of the Imagine Movement, lets you know that there are a lot of factors — like equal education and health — that empower women.

But the really important part is that many women around the world still don't have the agency to use the "rights, capabilities, resources and opportunities" to advance their own lives.

Its bright scenes and cheerful music don't detract from the serious message: The majority of the 1.3 billion people who live in absolute poverty worldwide are women.

Empowering women is the key leverage point to lift everyone out of the cycle of poverty.

But perhaps, most importantly, this video itself will directly contribute to the women's empowerment movement.

For every view, the production company Josie Maran Cosmetics, self-described brand of "luxury with a conscience," will donate 10 cents to the Imagine Movement, which has a proven track record of notifying women of their agency, and inspiring them to take control over their own lives for the better.

So far, $192 have been raised, but we can do better than that. Five minutes of your time can make all the difference in another woman's life, which should be incentive enough to view this informational clip.
