Gingerbread Irish Coffee

Of course when one thinks of an alcoholic coffee beverage they automatically think of one drink: Irish Coffee. This drink is a classic and is typically associated with writers and artists (trust me, writers need coffee and alcohol, at all times), but even a classic and iconic beverage can benefit from a modern day fall twist.

2 oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream

4 oz. coffee

1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Garnish: whipped cream

Combine Irish cream and pumpkin pie spice in a mug. Pour in coffee and stir. Garnish with whipped cream.
