Fearless Fashion: Velvet

One of the fabrics that most reminds me of my childhood, and the holidays, is velvet. Some my feel that this textile is too youthful to be worn today, but recent trends say otherwise.

Velvet has been everywhere this winter, and I have to say that I like it in moderation. You shouldn’t be wearing a velvet jumper around the city like you did when you were young, but a velvet hair bow, a pair of velvet trousers, or a velvet jacket would do just fine.
