Chloe Suggests Natural Make-Up for Fall

by Ally Batista

Clare Waight Keller, the creative director at Chloe, always seems to prefer neat, natural and flawless beauty for her shows. Contrary to popular belief, the natural look is much harder to execute because it requires a lot of work that cannot be noticed once your make up is done.

Chloe’s Fall 2013 collection was inspired by the 60s and 70s schoolgirl look, which implies “not going beyond what is permitted,” hence the sleek hair parted on the side, and collected in a modest low ponytail.

Just like Phoebe Philo, creative designer at Céline, Clare Waight Keller favors a certain toughness that was well reflected the Fall 2013 collection.
