Mastering the art of yoga can be a daunting task.
Let's be real: Some of us just weren't made to bend in certain ways or twist our bodies into Instagram-worthy pretzels in the blink of an eye.
Therefore, you can only imagine how hard it must be to pull off the same moves while feeding your precious bundle of joy.
That's right, we recently stumbled across an inspiring yogi on Instagram named Carlee Benear who might just be the best mom ever.
No really, I'm serious. This mother of three still makes time to practice her yoga routine on the reg, and she even manages to breastfeed her newborn daughter while working on all of her mind-blowing yoga poses.
Benear told The Huffington Post UK,
Breastfeeding and caring for a newborn are a full-time job on their own. So, gradually I took her on the mat with me. Once we started feeding and flowing, a spark ignited. We were connected again in harmony.
Say hello to 29-year-old Carlee Benear.
It's not hard to see that Benear loves practicing yoga...
...just as much as she loves being a mom.
In fact, this talented yogi is on a mission to show the world that motherhood doesn't have to get in the way of practicing yoga every day.
Benear is living proof that striking a pose on your head is not only possible with a baby in your belly...
...but also totally doable with a baby on your back.
If that's not challenging enough, Benear has also been using yoga to shut down breastfeeding shamers on social media...
By posting all sorts of incredible pictures on Instagram that show her striking a variety of difficult poses...
...while simultaneously breastfeeding her newborn baby girl.
Yeah, now that's what you call some next-level multitasking.
So far, we've seen her pull off everything from nursing flows...
To one-legged king's pigeon poses...
...and every other breastfeeding yoga pose in between.
Apparently, she's not the only mom out there who knows how to nail her poses while nursing.
If you ask me, these bold mothers definitely deserve a round of applause.
