It’s obvious that when trying to be healthier and more physically fit, you should be eating more fruits and vegetables, but now, it seems as if there are more reasons as to why you should keep your meals green.
A new study conducted by researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health have came to the conclusion that three servings of fruits and vegetables a day can make you happier and even keep you away from behaviors such as smoking and binge drinking.
Hmm, eat more fruits and vegetables, and maintain a better mental health along with a better physical health? Seems like a simple enough decision.
