Boomer Phelps Is So Over His Dad Winning Gold, He Slept Through His Big Race

It looked like little Boomer was finally cheered out during his dad's last Olympic race.

The 3-month-old has been giving Michael Phelps all the support he needs to crush Rio.

But it got too much for the tiny human on Thursday night.

Boomer fell asleep on his mom and then had the gnarliest frown on his face.

Back at it again with patriotic headphones.

It was way past his bedtime, to be fair.

Boomer has been the star of the show — stealing the limelight from his father throughout the Games.

The kid is so popular he has his own Instagram account which has already amassed nearly 100,000 followers in a matter of weeks.

It's mainly Boomer propped up against pillows showing off his clothing game...

...and looking seriously cute in the process.

Thursday night marked the fourth time Phelps won the 200m individual medley.

He came in with a time of 1:54:66. Lochte still holds the world record at 1:54:00.

Phelps took home the gold in the 200m butterfly, 4×100m freestyle relay, 4×200m freestyle relay and the 200m individual medley.
