This Company Did The Best Thing When A Woman Tried To Return Her Winter Coat

Typically, returning anything you bought online turns into a huge pain in the ass.

But for Kelly Blue Kinkel, the experience was unbelievable in the best way. When she tried to return a winter coat she'd ordered right before Christmas from Zulily, the customer service representative told her to give the coat to a charity instead.

While still providing her a full refund, the Zulily representative told her,

Please don't send it back. If you know someone who needs a winter coat or if you would like to donate it to a charity, that would make us very happy.

This immediately brought Kinkel to tears. She wrote about the call on her Facebook page, stating,

I just don't know other companies that do this, do you? I thought Zulily was pretty incredible before, but after today, I'm a customer for LIFE. The world needs more LOVE like that. Honest business. Honest ethics. How refreshing!
