Set aside every Uber horror story you've heard from a friend of a friend and praise Shahnawaz, a man whose driver rating is off the five-star chart.
When Babli, a customer in New Delhi, India couldn't get an ambulance to bring her to the hospital to deliver her baby, her friends reportedly called an Uber, naturally.
The Times of India reports driver Shahnawaz headed toward a hospital, but Babli was forced to deliver inside the car.
I pulled out the towels from the seats and poured some drinking water into a bowl. The child was born within minutes and I was really happy to see that he was responding… This was one of the happiest [moments] of my life.
Once Babli and baby made it to the hospital, Shahnawaz scooped the woman onto a stretcher and rolled her inside to waiting doctors.
Thankful for the cab ride that saw Babli's baby boy safely delivered, Babli's family allowed Shahnawaz to choose the baby's name. He named the little one Uber.
In the event the cab service stands the test of time, little Uber may one day ride in Shahnawaz's car again.
That's the circle of life, folks.
