This Porn Website Donates To Charity Everytime You Masturbate

So this is... interesting.

Two Stanford undergrads created a porn website that promises to donate to charity every time someone watches a video on the site (which they assume also means that person is masturbating). The site, called IJustCame.org, will alternate giving one penny to the following charities: The Ovarian Cancer Research Fund, the Joyful Heart Foundation, which helps victims of sexual assault and the Movember Foundation, which funds research for testicular and prostate cancer.

As for how these two guys came up with the idea? One of the founders — who's choosing to go by the name Adam Lee — said he came up with it "after a drunk night partying at frats." The other founder — who's choosing to go by the name James Cook — said the two chose those charities because the porn industry is accused of promoting rape, sexual assault and revenge porn. Lee describes the pilot phases of their idea, noting why he thinks it will be a success:

We launched a private version anonymously, and raised $1,000 for charity in a very short time. You can do the math on how many scenes were viewed, but that gave us the confidence to move forward.

As of right now, both men are donating out of their very own pockets. But they anticipate to get to a stage where brands sponsor each porn site user's orgasm. Lee says the website has potential to raise millions of dollars if the charities agree to work with them, but some are hesitant that those charities will want to work with a porn website.

Still, if you ask me, Lee and Cook's idea is a pretty smart (and generous) one.
