Milla Bizzotto is only 9 years old, but she could kick all our asses.

The 53-pound South Florida resident recently raced 36 miles, swam 8 kilometers and crushed 25 obstacles, like rope climbing and crawling beneath barbed wire, for a 24-hour obstacle course reportedly inspired by US Navy SEALs.

Bizzotto took a break during the 24-hour course to sleep from 2 am to 6 am before proving herself to be an inspiring force of nature, since she's not only absurdly strong for her age but also exceedingly wise.

She told the Miami Herald,

People would call me names and say I wasn't a good player… I didn't want anyone else to go through what I did. I want to set an example and show other kids that they can do or be anything they want.

To prepare for the obstacle course, Bizzotto trained five days a week for three hours at a time in a gym owned by her father, Christian, and she raised money for the necessary equipment via GoFundMe.

She has no interest in zoning out, phone in hand. Instead, she wants to take advantage of her physical capabilities.

In the video above, posted on YouTube by her father, Milla insisted,

I don't want to play Minecraft. I don't want to hoverboard. I don't want things to make life easier. I want to be comfortable being uncomfortable. I have one body, and it is all I want and love.

Right on, tiny sister-friend.
