by Taylor Ortega

If there's one thing society knows about senior citizens, it's they love planning cute, romantic gestures for airport pickups.

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport posted a video to Facebook of super cutie Ed Zamora smooth-tooting “What a Wonderful World,” on his trumpet as his wife, Melody, arrived home from two weeks in Spain.

What a Wonderful WelcomeWhat a Wonderful Welcome! Ed Zamora surprised his wife of 33 years Melody this afternoon upon arrival at Austin-Bergstrom. Melody was returning home from a two week trip to Spain. Ed showed up in Bag Claim with flowers in one hand and his trumpet in the other. When his wife stepped foot on the escalator, Ed took a deep breath and serenaded her all the way down by playing their song, "What a Wonderful World!" And that's what you call, a wonderful welcome! Ed & Melody, thanks for sharing your special moment with us! And welcome home Mrs. Zamora! Posted by Austin-Bergstrom International Airport on Tuesday, September 22, 2015

According to the post, Zamora began to play when his wife stepped onto the escalator and continued until she made it down and into his arms.

Zamora also came prepared with flowers for his bride of 33 years.

Once Melody accepted her bouquet, the couple walked off holding one another close.

There is a lesson here. If you're looking for a ride home from the airport, ask an old man. Literally, just ask any old man.
