Jimmy John's is a sandwich chain based out of Illinois, and it just tweeted about eating out butt holes.

Now, it's not like it tweeted,

Hey, everyone should eat ass!

That'd be absolutely too weird for a sandwich chain to say. It did, however, throw out a burn to a customer who referred to analingus.

Here is the exchange between one Twitter user who just wanted to say Jimmy John's sucks while humble-bragging about ass eating and Jimmy John's social media manager, who didn't step down from the challenge.

Let me remind you this is a corporation. It just sold a majority of its stock. It has a board. It has share holders. And it has a person tweeting on behalf of the company that kink-shames sandwich-shamers.

And it didn't stop there.

That response isn't even deleted yet. Jimmy John's is standing by the pretty wonderful social media manager it's got working there (or else it quietly fired him or her and is doing meme damage control).

As you can imagine, this caused the internet to lose its marbles.

Tragically, the post was deleted because people need to keep their jobs. But we won't forget you, social media manager and Jimmy John's. Your legacy will live on, in our minds and in our hearts.
