You will not be able to stop crying during this article, so go somewhere quiet and throw on Adele's 25. Things are about to get real misty.

Tyler Crosby knew his mother, Dot -- best mom name ever -- wasn't in good shape.

Since his mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in August of last year, the Florida resident knew her odds of living long enough to watch him get engaged and married to his now-wife, Amanda, were fairly slim.

So, Tyler moved his life up a year. He got engaged earlier than planned and had an earlier wedding than anticipated, all so his mother could be there for this life milestone.

At his wedding, he was able to share a heartbreaking dance with his mother set to the vocals of Bette Midler's "Wind Beneath My Wings."

Though she was receiving hospice care at home, Dot was able to attend the wedding in a leather chair.

Tory, Tyler's sister, said although Dot wasn't allowed to stand really, she jumped up when she saw Amanda walk down the aisle.

Of the moment when Tyler saw Amanda, Dot told Bay News 9,

Watching his face drop when he saw her for that first time, I couldn't ask for a better picture.

Dot said her one goal in life is to never be forgotten. I think we can all agree after a reception like this, she most certainly will be remembered.
