I'm sorry, but is it a crime to wear a sweater and pants... and also be a dog?!

Police officers in Bellevue found a "very angry" dog that was also rocking a sweater and pants for some reason -- probably because it is cold out there and he's not a nudist.

Apparently, being a very angry dog is a crime because he was quickly apprehended.

Naturally, the internet is in love with him.

Of course he is angry -- he feels ridiculous in this outfit.

Are those baseballs?! Maybe he's not a sports guy.

You just don't walk around Bellevue while looking like that. The Seattle suburb is just too fancy.

Honestly, he's not even wearing shoes -- a fashion faux pas. More like a faux PAW. (See what I did there?)

The question remains: Who would dress this doggo up and leave him behind?

Bellevue police tweeted,

Our little friend is now in the custody of @kcpets. If owner doesn't claim he'll be available for adoption, pants not included.

PANTS NOT INCLUDED? WHY NOT? THEY ARE HIS.

After calming down a bit, he looks a lot less angry about the situation. He was probably just afraid -- poor little thing.

WHERE IS HIS FAMILY?

After being taken to the VCA Alpine Animal Hospital, he was found to be heathy. The doctor believes he is 3 years old and a Jack Russell terrier and Chihuahua mix.

He also has his own Twitter account.

His biography reads,

My blue pants and sweater are still more stylish than anything you own.

This not only hurts, but is also true.

He hated his mugshot. So embarrassing.

Who wouldn't be mad if they couldn't get the WiFi password?

Hopefully this puppy's owners come get him soon. Or if not, I hope he finds a family who loves him and picks out better outfits for him.
