This Adorable Baby Elephant Was Rescued After Getting Stuck In A Well (Video)

Need something to perk you up on this sunny fall morning (yep, it's almost officially fall)?

This video should do the trick.

The footage, filmed in Kuttampuzha, India, shows a baby elephant get rescued from the pit of an abandoned well.

Someone spotted the little guy stuck at the bottom of the well’s muddy pool, and a digger carefully used his machinery to carve out a path for the elephant to use as a ramp.

While it’s a little nerve-racking to see all that machinery in use so close to the animal, all ended well. The elephant quickly climbed out and ran off, presumably to its mother.

Gotta love a happy ending.
