Woman's Story Of Getting Pregnant From Anal Sex Will Make You Rethink It All

Well, this sucks.

In the apparent first recorded case of its kind, a woman became pregnant from having anal sex, and everything we know about "safe intercourse" is a lie.

Before you freak out and completely re-evaluate your kinky love lives, hear me out: This woman had a condition known as cloaca, which resulted in her uterus being connected to her rectum through failed surgery, according to Men's Health.

If you haven't suffered from the same condition, you're in the clear.

PHEW.

Still, the entire pregnancy sounds super bizarre.

The unlucky woman was a reportedly a patient of Dr. Brian Steixner, MD, who is the director of the Institute of Men's Health at Jersey Urology Group in Atlantic City. He's been following her case for more than a decade.

Apparently, she was born with her condition that caused her vagina, bladder and rectum to form improperly, resulting all functions to happen through the same, uh, hole — the cloaca.

In an attempt to resolve the health issue, she underwent a surgery at a young age that was sadly unsuccessful.

As mentioned before, the failed surgery resulted in her uterus being connected to her rectum, which *ding, ding* made the pregnancy possible.

As you could imagine, this caused some trouble down the road that really snuck up on her from behind.

You guessed it: She got pregnant from anal sex — aka, all of our worst nightmares.

The doctor allegedly talked to Men's Health about the peculiar case and some believe that she was the first woman in history to become impregnated from anal sex. He reportedly said,

We knew about her condition, and we had followed her for a decade. After doing a whole bunch of X-rays, we determined that she got pregnant from having anal sex.

I'm sure you're probably wondering, "How the heck do you give birth when you've conceived a baby in your asshole?"

According to Dr. Steixner, this woman had a C-section to avoid issues while attempting to deliver a child through her rectum.

My mind is officially blown.

Apparently, this case is one in a billion. The woman involved was just that very unlucky statistic that became pregnant from anal.
