A video posted by a dad named Wayman Gresham takes on the trend of publicly shaming children for bad behavior via social media.

Instead of shaving his son's hair on camera, Gresham explains humiliating a child doesn't change the problems causing his or her behavior.

According to Gresham, the only truly effective parenting starts at home. One must raise children to know they're loved and respected. Only then can parents expect good behavior.
