A 21-year-old woman died early Sunday morning after leaving a party in a tank top and shorts and freezing to death.
According to Cosmopolitan, alcohol had a role in the tragic death of Elizabeth Luebke, who was found frozen by a local resident in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
WDJT-TV reports the young woman left the party after arguing with a friend. Apparently, friends assumed she had a ride home with the man who brought her to the party.
A surveillance camera shows Luebka collapsing at 4:30 am around the corner from the house she left. The morning she was found, the temperature had dropped to -5.8 degrees with a windchill of -22.2 degrees.
