I guess now I know where Ryan Lochte gets his inspiration from.

On Monday, the 32-year-old Olympic swimmer posted an incredibly sweet video on Twitter and Instagram of his 95-year-old grandmother at her nursing home. Since then, the video's been viewed over 1 million times on Instagram.

In the clip, she's apparently getting psyched up for Lochte's first appearance in the 2016 Rio Olympics in the 4 x 200-meter freestyle relay, which will be held Tuesday night.

Aw, that's cute. Lochte's grandma even has a paper Olympic torch to show her spirit as she gets wheeled around.

Well, with support like this from his grandma, Lochte has got to be inspired to bring home a gold medal or two and maybe even set a few world records in the process.

Yup, it seems there's no shortage of inspiration for the 11-time Olympic medalist. Not only is Lochte's grandma a big fan, but Playboy model Kayla Rae Reid seems pretty into the Lochte as well.

Based on a recent Instagram from Reid, the two have been an item for quite some time. Reid recently posted a photo of the two together, captioning it, "See you soon," which suggests she's headed to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to support her man.

And if we can trust a recent tweet from the swimmer himself, all of this support seems to be working: Lochte is totally ready to go for his Tuesday race.

Well, Ryan, it seems you have no choice but to bring home the gold now. If you won't do it for the red, white and blue, do it for Grandma because she and the rest her nursing home are counting on you.

After Tuesday night's relay race, Lochte will next race on Wednesday in the men's 200-meter individual medley heat.
