No One Can Get Over Ruth Bader Ginsburg's Face In Picture With Trumps

Ruth Bader Ginsburg gets you.

The 83-year-old Supreme Court justice totally understands if you've been in a constant state of confusion about what has gone on in the past 12 months, if her latest picture with the president is any indication.

In a portrait taken Thursday to welcome her recently confirmed colleague, Neil Gorsuch, the "Notorious RBG" posed as if she was looking at the camera on an episode of The Office, and it made for internet gold.

Justice Ginsburg's pose is, of course, reminiscent of another moment: last month's first-time meeting between Pope Francis and President Donald Trump.

Francis, too, had a look that indicated a state of utter "WTF."

To be fair though, we should note that Justice Ginsburg doesn't exactly looked thrilled in every photo she takes.

After all, she had a similar pose two weeks ago, when it was time for another Supreme Court portrait, sans Trump.

This is the internet, though, and sometimes we're just here for the laugh, not solid rationale.

So, for the sake of laughs, let's all remember what it looks like when RBG takes a picture with Barack Obama.

Right, just a little bit of difference.

Okay, now all jokes aside. It's no secret that Justice Ginsburg does not like the idea of a Donald Trump presidency, which shows in the way she's trolled him.

Even for someone known as a left-leaning judge, Ginsburg's past comments about the now-president have been striking.

Last July, when speaking about the prospect of Trump winning the White House, Ginsburg told the New York Times,

I can't imagine what this place would be — I can't imagine what the country would be — with Donald Trump as our president…For the country, it could be four years. For the court, it could be — I don't even want to contemplate that.

So yeah, maybe it is just a picture and maybe it isn't.

Whatever. We laughed.
