Chances are you're either a workaholic who loves going hard every day or you're someone who, no matter how good or bad you are at your job, wouldn't mind working as little as possible for the same pay.

There's not much middle ground on this.

Those who fall in the latter category have probably drooled over the idea of having more days off from work, meaning inevitably getting jealous about the amount of paid leave companies in other countries get.

Our cousins across the pond? Yeah, employees in the UK get 36 days of paid leave. The Spanish? They get the same number of days to ponder a trip to Ibiza.

But there's only one country that stands above the rest, and contrary to popular belief, it's not France. The country that you move to if you want the most paid leave is...

... Brazil, with a total of 41 days on average (11 of them being national holidays).

The numbers were crunched by GetVoip, which compiled a list of 4o countries that provide the most vacation days. Out of the 40, the US ranked 34th, with only 26 days of paid leave on average.

Here are the top 10.

Now, you have something to tell your drunk uncle at dinner to prompt him into ranting about why Europe's economy is going down the drain. You're welcome.
