Let's hear it for love!

Vice President Joe Biden officiated the marriage of two White House staffers -- from his living room.

It was the VP's first time, and he tweeted about the romantic scene.

Below a black and white picture of the couple, he wrote,

Proud to marry Brian and Joe at my house. Couldn't be happier, two longtime White House staffers, two great guys.

Brian Mosteller is the director of Oval Office operations for President Obama and Joe Mahshie is a trip coordinator for First Lady Michelle Obama.

The ceremony was intimate with a small selection of friends and family attending.

The VP's office said he got a temporary certification from the District of Columbia to wed the couple.

Now, let's get a little glimpse at the lives of Brian and Joe, the guys pulling off ultimate American couple goals.

Joe spends his weekends at pimp-ass mega homes with flamingo floaties in Turks and Caicos...

But obviously, work comes first.

Brian's a bit more secretive about his life. It looks like he may be a bit of a workaholic.

Here's a picture of him playing with a dog in the White House in 2009.

Looks like they've achieved the perfect balance of work and play -- and pretty badass work, at that.

Congrats, guys!
