I think we can all agree Reese Witherspoon has a kick-ass bod. Hell, she has a better body than most 20-somethings I know.

Luckily for all of us, I had the chance to sit down with the Oscar-winning actress's personal trainer, Simone De La Rue, who shared a few of her go-to fitness tips.

Beyond Reese, the founder of LA's Body By Simone works with a roster of high-profile names, including Kate Hudson, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Naomi Watts and Sandra Bullock.

Here's what the ballet-dancer-turned-trainer had to say about staying fit and happy while working your butt off.

On working out:

Simone, who claims a Body By Simone class burns upwards of 600-900 calories, says,

I encourage my clients to do something physical every day, even if it's just for 10 minutes. I try to incorporate some form of cardio into my workouts to really kick that heart rate up and into a calorie-burning state, whether it be through dance, jump rope or trampoline.

On eating well:

Simone, who preaches the 80/20 rule (80 percent diet, 20 percent exercise), instructs all of her clients to follow her two-week cleanse, which is also in her book, Body By Simone, The 8-Week Total Body Makeover Plan.

She says,

The two-week cleanse is a 14-day strict diet plan that rids your body of all toxins by eliminating sugar, dairy, sodium, caffeine and alcohol. It helps your body properly digest food the way it should without any stimulants. I also eat Paleo, so a diet high in protein and veggies. I think it's proven if you eat six little meals a day -- constantly grazing and stoking your metabolism, keeping that firing by small portions -- that's how you keep weight down.

Favorite workout:

Simone, an advocate of the dance-cardio craze, says,

Our main focus is dance, so that's how we get our cardio here. I also love the jump rope – light, timed jump roping, six intervals for 10 minutes. It seems easy, but it's actually quite intense and really gets your heart rate going. I also love the rebound, which is like mini trampolines.

Favorite body part to workout:

All celebs love to focus on the arms, abs and butt.

Why dance:

Simone, who's been a professional dancer for 16 years, says,

At some point in a woman's life, she's done dance. So I think it's relatable and it's fun. It uses the whole body and coordination.

Simone swears by these three things:

Lots of sleep, lots of water and make time every day to do some type of activity, no matter how small.

According to Simone, "Wild" actress Reese Witherspoon takes part in a Body by Simone class a couple times a week, in addition to running, spin class and yoga.

Well, there you have it. Doesn't sound too terrible, does it?
