One of them is the $20 million dollar H2ome Yachting Villa that makes everyone's house, building and car look like hell. This 44-meter vessel effortlessly puts other watercraft competition to shame. The project was spearheaded by Mario Gasso.

The design team opted for modern living spaces, plenty of teak flooring throughout, and a stunning glossy reflective finish found on the boats’ exterior. - HiConsumption

The feel that Gasso and his team were going for was a more modern environment, while still offering up a spacious yacht that could double as a year-round home (if you dock it). Every part of this vessel is stunning from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the master suites that accomodate the owner and his guests/crew.
