Prankster Has People Try To Lift Thor's Hammer And They Completely Fail (Video)

by Robert Anthony

There's no doubt Thor's hammer, the Mjölnir, will go down in history as a must-have movie prop.

As a matter of fact, if you're a big fan of "Thor," you probably already looked up Mjölnir replicas or even tried to craft your own. But if one thing's for sure, it certainly won't be cooler than the Thor hammer replica this YouTuber made himself.

In a recent video uploaded to YouTube by Sufficiently Advanced, we're shown a homemade version of the Mjölnir complete with a fingerprint scanner and an electromagnet.

After demonstrating how the hammer works, the YouTuber ventures outside and asks pedestrians to try and lift the hammer. With the electromagnet keeping the hammer in place, many people are left puzzled as to how it could be so heavy.

Soon after their failed attempts, the YouTuber scans his fingerprint and is able to lift the Mjölnir. It's pretty damn genius.
