When you're trying to take your chef skills to the next level, everyone knows the secret to making an amazing dish lies in the sauce.

Just look at the McDonald's Big Mac. This tasty burger wouldn't be the same if it weren't smothered in its delicious special sauce.

If you've ever attempted to recreate a Big Mac at home, you know how hard it is to replicate that perfect creamy blend of relish, mustard, onion, garlic and mouthwatering joy that makes up the holy grail of hamburger toppings.

But if you thought making your beloved Big Mac on your own was unattainable, think again.

Your special sauce struggles are about to be a thing of the past: You can now buy delicious Big Mac sauce in takeaway containers. Unfortunately, the sauce is only being sold in Australia for a limited time, so unless you live down under, you might have a hard time getting your hands on this badass burger sauce.

According to McDonald's CMO Australia Mark Lollback,

Big Mac sauce is one of the most iconic McDonald's ingredients and people often ask us where they can buy it, so we're excited to be the first country in the world to offer tubs of Big Mac sauce to our customers.

Maccy D's is auctioning a bottle of Big Mac sauce on eBay to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House Charities.

But if you want this bottle of Big Mac sauce, you better be ready to pay a pretty hefty price tag because the top bid is already almost $18,000 for this coveted condiment.

If you're not looking to spend your life savings on a bottle of sauce, McDonald's will be selling smaller tubes of its Big Mac sauce for 50 cents in 920 of its Aussie stores.

But it will only be available for the month of February, so if you're a huge Big Mac aficionado, you better call up your Aussie friends or book the next flight over and stock up on this sauce before it's all gone.

Behold, the Big Mac special sauce.

Burgers will never be the same thanks to this delicious sauce.
