This Instagram Will Make You Want To Become A Yogi And Travel The World

Yoga is a great way to clear your mind and tap into your spiritual side.

Plus, you don't need any equipment, so you can practice a few poses literally anywhere.

If there's one person who knows this, it's yoga-obsessed Instagrammer, Kino MacGregor.

A while back, we showed you a video of Kino boasting her ridiculous flexibility with a bunch of insane yoga poses.

If you thought that was awesome, just wait until you see the photos she's been uploading to her seriously impressive Instagram account.

When this 37-year-old Ashtanga yoga instructor isn't leading classes, seminars and retreats, she's busy posing in some of the most beautiful places on the planet and posting photos of the poses to her Instagram account.

However, Kino isn't just showing off. Instead, this yogi uses her spiritual social media snaps to accomplish a mind and body mission.

In a recent interview with Huffington Post, MacGregor revealed,

I want to inspire people to practice, to become true spiritual seekers along the inner journey. I want people to see that they have the power to change their world to a more peaceful place through the power of yoga. I want people to recognize their own strength and power and then use the practice to experience it.

Whether she's doing a handstand on her elbows alongside the water, casually sitting on a rock with her legs behind her head or striking a pose on the seashore, all of her yoga pictures are simply stunning and just might inspire you to try something a little more challenging than a downward-facing dog.

Take a look at the pictures below to see some of this yogi's insane Instagram uploads.

Meet Kino MacGregor.

Take one look at her Instagram account and it's not hard to see...

...this flexible girl has some unreal yoga skills.

And she travels to some pretty awesome places.

Kino tends to see the world from a different perspective than most.

When she's not busy teaching Ashtanga yoga...

She's on a mind and body mission....

...to perfect her poses in the world's most beautiful places.

She hopes she'll inspire others to start their own inner journeys by practicing yoga.

Whether she's doing a handstand at sunset...

Showing off some upside-down skills...

Or just casually throwing her legs behind her head by the sea...

And they're seriously inspiring.
