This Weatherman Got Insanely Close To A Tornado In Colorado

What part of "dangerous weather" don't people understand?

I'll go ahead and guess this ridiculously brave weatherman can't comprehend the "danger" part, and that's exactly why he makes a great weatherman.

In a recent video uploaded to YouTube by AccuWeather, we're introduced to weatherman Reed Timmer's scary encounter with a massive tornado in Wray, Colorado.

According to NBC News, the tornado damaged multiple structures and left at least five people injured along the way. That didn't stop people in Wray from whipping out their cameras and capturing the Earth-shaking wrath of Mother Nature.

I don't know about you, but if I... got wind... that a massive tornado was literally spiraling out of control, flipping trailers, injuring people and tearing through sturdy buildings, you probably wouldn't catch me driving my truck into the heart of it!

At the same time, this is weather only weathermen are built to withstand (unlike the many objects flying around throughout the duration of this footage).

So far, the video has racked up over 1 million views on YouTube in just three days.

Check out the footage above for a closer look.
