This Man Constructed His Own Helicopter Using Over 50 Drone Propellers (Video)

by Robert Anthony

Drones are more and more commonly owned by your average tech obsessors.

And that's expected. I mean, drones are awesome. They can be used both recreationally and professionally among photographers and videographers looking to capture breathtaking aerial footage.

But until now, we've never seen drones used the way they're used in this video.

In a recent video uploaded to YouTube by Gasturbine101, we're introduced to a "Swarm Manned Aerial Vehicle Multirotor Super Drone."

In other words, it's one massive drone made up of 54 counter-rotation propellers. That's right, this drone features 54 drone propellers and reportedly generates enough power to lift a human being weighing around 360 pounds completely off the ground.

Sure, we already have helicopters and airplanes, but this mind-blowing invention is made up of parts that appear to be tiny drones. Drones!
