At some point, I think every girl has dreamed of becoming a mythical mermaid.
As a kid, I was absolutely obsessed with these sea creatures, and I'm pretty sure I spent most of my childhood convinced I would grow up to someday become a stunning Siren of the sea.
Since I haven't moved to Atlantis or figured out how to grow a gorgeous set of fins, things clearly didn't go according to plan for me.
But Amina Mucciolo is one gal who's living out all of our deep-sea daydreams by basically being a mermaid IRL.
Mucciolo is the fashionista behind Studio Mucci, a design studio that makes all sorts of eye-catching garlands, balloons and party favors that embrace the inner child in all of us.
Her style is just as prominent as her products, and her rainbow braids, bold makeup and glittering manicures earned her a reputation as a real-life mermaid.
Mucciolo's personality is just as fun and colorful as her style, and she recently became quite the sensation on social media thanks to her multicolored Studio Mucci Instagram photos.
Take a look at the pictures below to see her mesmerizing style.
Meet Amina Mucciolo.
This LA fashion lady is the founder of Studio Mucci.
Mucciolo told LA Weekly, "I was inspired to start Studio Mucci because I was in a place where I really wanted to do something that made me happy and where I could give that happy to someone."
She continued, "That's one of the big reasons — but another reason is because we were dead broke.”
Studio Mucci really took off, and, now, people can't seem to get enough of her fairytale-like party favors...
...or her bright, glittering sense of style.
In fact, Mucciolo actually gained a reputation for being a real-life mermaid...
...thanks to her stunning, colorful appearance.
Mucciolo likes to show off her vibrant style on social media...
By posting all sorts of splashy photos...
...that are just as full of life as her fun, carefree personality.
While her snapshots portray a cheery, picture-perfect life, things were not always all rainbows and butterflies for this mermaid. It turns out, Mucciolo actually had a pretty dark past, and getting to where she is today was not an easy task.
Now that her sparkly design studio has taken off, Mucciolo is on a mission to help other people who are struggling with internal issues find happiness in their lives.
She said, “I want to talk about the people who don't know what the f*ck to do with themselves. There's so many of us who are like that, who came from an OK family and things were fine — but just couldn't figure it out.”
If you ask me, this mermaid is really an inspiration to all the daydreamers out there.
