Recently, Karolina Żebrowska, the talented gal behind Domowa Kostiumologia costume blog, set out to create a more historically accurate version of how women's beauty changed over the past century.
She posted a video on YouTube called "Real Women - Beauty Through The Decades The Realistic Way" that takes you on a visual journey through the trends of the century while revealing things those high-fashion beauty videos don't show you.
I wanted to do a more historically accurate one. As I was doing some research, I became more and more aware that beautiful faces and fashion we see on the photos, ads and fashion plates are just an idealistic version of reality. So here's to reality.
