Least Relatable VS Model Went To Bed A 'Regular Model' And Woke Up 'An Angel'

Things I learned while watching the 2016 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show:

  1. Adriana Lima is a prototype created in a lab for perfect human specimens and everything about her is physically unattainable.
  2. What The Weeknd's speaking voice actually sounds like.
  3. Kendall Jenner's smile is worth more than everything I have ever owned.
  4. If you fall asleep one night as a regular model (and presumably wish upon a star or sing some rendition of a blonde-haired, doe-eyed Disney Princess song with the help of a few woodland animals), you will wake up as an Angel.

During the airing of this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on Monday night, Victoria's Secret model Josephine Skriver shared her experience of becoming an Angel in her behind-the-scenes interview.

She said,

Imagine going to bed, being, like, a regular model. And one day you wake up and you're an Angel.

Because the internet is the wonderful, malicious place it is, people took to Twitter to respond to Josephine's ~relatable~ Angel experience.

Same.

While it would be an understatement to say Josephine Skriver may not be the world's most relatable model, she has definitely earned her wings.

The 23-year-old model has walked in each show since 2013, and this year she not only had the honor of wearing her first set of Victoria's Secret wings, she wore the coveted Swarovski crystal wings for the 2016 show.

The wings are drenched in 450,000 crystals and weigh a whopping 10 pounds each. Although, as we all bore witness to tonight, Josephine made them look as light as a pair of feather wings.

So, even though there isn't even a percentage number I can make up to predict your chances of miraculously waking up as a Victoria's Secret Angel tomorrow morning, maybe make yourself a bedtime playlist consisting of "Angel" by Sarah Mclachlan, "Angel" by Shaggy, "Angel" by The Weeknd, "Angel" by Aerosmith and "Angel" by Jack Johnson, because you never know...
